Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Anything MTO will be shipped within 2 weeks. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience!

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return:
  • Item must be unused
  • Must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

30 Days to Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Need a different size, color, or item? We’re happy to exchange items if they’re defective or damaged, or if you need a different variation of the same product.
